After an order has been shipped, the transit time is determined. The majority of orders are shipped within 1-3 business days. During busy periods, please allow up to 3-5 days for an order to be shipped. If you have not received a delivered item, please contact USPS along with your order details.
For USPS First Class Mail, the transit time is 5-8 business days.
Please note that we are not liable for any shipping or delivery issues caused by customs, natural disasters, transfers from USPS, UPS, FedEx, DHL to the local carrier in your country, or disruptions in air and ground transportation. Additionally, any additional fees, customs charges, or expenses incurred after the package has left the United States are not our responsibility.
If a package is deemed undeliverable by USPS or their international shipping partners, it will be canceled and refunded once we receive it. If you request the package to be resent, an additional shipping fee will apply.
